Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders within the United States are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 1–3 business days. International orders may take longer depending on your country and local customs. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also visit our Track Your Order page on the website at any time to check the status of your delivery.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Trueanddear@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right. Please note that we do not currently have a formal published return policy — reach out to us directly and we will assess your situation individually.

We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Trueanddear@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.

We ship to the United States and internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary by destination.

You can reach us via our Contact page at /pages/contact or by emailing us directly at Trueanddear@gmail.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.

As part of our effort to reduce unnecessary packaging waste, some True&Dear orders may be shipped using clean, structurally sound packaging that has been repurposed for another journey. This can occasionally include surplus or previously unused shipping boxes displaying external retailer or fulfillment branding. Rather than allowing perfectly usable packaging to enter the recycling stream prematurely, it may be reused to safely deliver your order. The packaging on the outside does not change the True&Dear products inside—it is simply a more resource-conscious approach to fulfillment.
